Do I need to register to purchase off your website?
No. It does make it easier for repeat customers to not have to repopulate all your information.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
No. At this point we are only serving shipping address within Canada.

What is your return policy?
Anything can returned to Prime Auto Accessories within 30 days of purchase. If the item is a regularly stocking item, there will be 10% restocking fee. Items must be returned in a new, unused, re-saleable condition with the original box. Special order items are non-returnable.

An RA # (Return Authorization) must be requested from Prime Auto before the goods are shipped back to us. No items will be accepted without an RA being clearly marked on the outside of the box.

An RA# is not a guarantee of a credit being issued, merely an authorization to receive the products back for inspection. All return credits are at the discretion of Prime Auto Accessories after inspection. Customers will pay return shipping on items sent back with the valid RA request.

Items should be shipped back with a tracking # and insurance and Prime Auto will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping back to us.

If there is a shipping error, where the wrong product has been shipped to you, Prime will issue an RA and pay shipping cost back with no restocking fee. If a customer orders the wrong part for their vehicle, not a shipping error, then return procedures and apply. We do manually process each order to best attempt to minimize customer ordering errors.

What if the item I received seems damaged?
Note the damages or potential damages to the box or items immediately to the shipping company before signing. This way the shipper has record or the potential for claim in their system. Further inspect the goods to verify damages and please email XXXX@myprimeauto.com

Do verify any damage by picture if possible. We will then assess the matter and see how best to deal with the matter.

What is your warranty policy on items purchased?
Warranty for items purchased in-store and handled in-store and are subject to the manufacturers warranty procedures.

Warranty on items purchased from the web are handled primarily between the manufacturer of the item and the end consumer, with certain exceptions.

Being an Authorized Dealer of JL Electronics and Alpine Electronics, Prime Auto will facilitate the RA process between Prime Auto purchased JL and Alpine products, and their respective warranty/repair facilities in Canada. Items not purchased through Prime Auto, are ineligible for warranty consideration.

An RA is not a guarantee of replacement, or repair. The final warranty call is made by JL and Alpine Electronics warranty provider. Manufacturers specified warranty periods apply.
